Return Process

  Log in to your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Season Cookshop

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned cookware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
